Hamilton Sports Medicine is offering middle and high school students the opportunity to complete a sports physical at Southeast High School on April 24, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM in the SHS Gym.
📍 Schedule:
🕝 2:30 PM – SHS students (excused from 7th period)
🕒 3:00 PM – Dalton High & The Dalton Academy
🕞 3:45 PM – Hammond Creek & DJHS
🕟 4:15 PM – Eastbrook & Valley Point
📌 Important Reminders:
✅ Bring your GHSA Physical Form signed by a parent/guardian (provided by your school) – no folds or wrinkles!
✅ Bring the Hamilton Sports Medicine Consent Form (required for the exam).
✅ Enter through the main gym entrance at SHS. School bus arrivals are welcome!
