Dear Parents and Guardians,
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and safe start to each school day. To keep our students safe and maintain efficient traffic flow, please note the following updated morning drop-off procedure:
No Parking and Walking students to drop-off in Back Car rider line
For safety and traffic efficiency:
Please do not park and walk your student to the drop-off line. This slows down the car rider line for all parents and creates safety issues for students and parents.
Students who walk to school should enter from the sidewalk from Hale Bowen, not the parking lot.
Helpful Reminder Guidelines
Arrive On Time: Our Kindergarten through Fifth Grade car line (Back car rider line) is open from 7:30-8:25. At 8:25, students will need to be taken to the front of the school to enter.
Have Everything Ready: Please make sure your child’s backpack, lunch, and belongings are easily accessible—this helps speed up the process and keeps traffic moving.
Stay Alert: Avoid distractions like phone use while waiting in line.
We understand morning routines can be hectic, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding. Your attention to these procedures ensures our students arrive safely and our mornings run smoothly.
