GaTutor Now Open for Georgia's Public High School Students.

GaTutor is now open and ready to support student success across Georgia. This free tutoring program is available to students enrolled in Georgia public high schools and provides access to one-on-one academic support in 22 core subject area courses. Students work with Georgia-certified teachers who are content area experts and can receive personalized assistance with course content, skill development, and assessment preparation. Help ensure eligible students are aware of this opportunity and encourage them to take advantage of the personalized support available through GaTutor.

Earlier this week, we officially inducted our newest members into the French and Spanish Honor Societies!

Membership in these societies is far more than an extra item on a resume—it is a mark of true academic dedication and linguistic rigor. To earn a spot, these students have maintained high overall academic standing while demonstrating exceptional mastery in advanced language coursework. Mastering a second language requires critical thinking, cultural awareness, and continuous commitment.

Who says Entrepreneurship is all business?

Our Entrepreneurship students recently turned intellectual property disputes into crime cases, presenting their arguments as investigators, attorneys, and jurors.

By turning a complex business concept into a real-world scenario, students researched, analyzed, built a case, and defended their thinking—all while putting their communication and problem-solving skills to work.

📣 Spirit Week is almost here at The Dalton Academy!

Help us kick off an exciting week of school spirit and friendly competition with our Spirit Week: Class Wars! We encourage all students to participate each day to earn points for their class.

Daily Dress-Up Schedule:
Monday (PJ Day): Roll out of bed and head to school in cozy (school-appropriate) pajamas! 🛌
Tuesday (Twin Day): Match with a friend or group of classmates! 👯‍♂️
Wednesday (Role Reversal): Students dress like teachers, and teachers dress like students! 🧑‍🏫

LIFE SKILLS IN ACTION!
Driver’s Ed is about more than just steering wheels and traffic laws! Our students took learning outside today for a hands-on lesson on how to safely change a flat tire.

From positioning the jack to loosening lug nuts and mounting the spare, these Pumas are gaining real-world confidence to handle roadside emergencies like pros. Way to go, future drivers!
